A couple, both in their 70s, go to see the doctor for their annual checkup. The doctor finishes examining the husband and says, "You're in remarkable shape for your age. What's your secret?"
The husband says, "It's simple, Doc. My wife and I made a deal the day we got married — whenever we fight, whoever's wrong has to go for a walk to cool off."
The doctor nods, impressed. "So that's why you're so healthy — all that walking?"
"Pretty much, yeah," the husband says. "I've been outdoors most of my adult life."
